KEIR announces GAM results

The Board of Directors of CARE International is pleased to announce the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Wednesday evening, 11-30-2022, after the quorum for the convening of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting was completed according to the company’s articles of association, and the results were as follows:

• The approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which starts from November 30, 2022, and lasts for three years, and ends on November 1, 2025, and they are:

1.  Mohammed bin Ali bin saleh Al Dhalaan
2. Mamdouh bin Farouq Amin Ghazzawi
3. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Hassan Al-Harabi
4. Suleiman bin Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Salami
5. Yazid bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Mahmoud
6. Ali bin Mohammed bin Ali Al Dhalan

• Approving the formation of the audit committee, defining its tasks and work controls, and remunerating its members for the new term, starting from November 30, 2022, and for a period of three years, ending on November 1, 2025. The candidates are:

1. Ibrahim Al Harabi
2. Khaled Al-Khowiter
3. Salman Almazidi
